In August, The UWA Student Guild debates the ethos of police presence on campus, the state of protesting in WA, and CCTV footage on campus.

Every year the UWA Student Guild hosts an Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) to which students are invited to attend and get involved with (by voting or submitting motions). There was just one motion presented this year, concerning the referendum on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament.

In July the Guild discussed whether AUKUS is a student issue, the resignation of Kaelin Abrahams as Wellbeing Officer, and the right to place posters on campus.
