Between dusk and dawn lies sorrow

Thoughts facing back, no concern for the morrow

Yet dawn to dusk laced with endless terror

Staring faces, judging my every error

With day comes relentless fear

So out of place, why am I here?

No slumber comes to me at night

Lest I wrest myself from my rot’s delight

Like night and day, it does not cease

A cycle unbroken, there is no peace.
